Yay or Nay to this idea?

So there I was in Cineleisure right after work last Tuesday to meet up with my Atlanta Chong who is back here in Malaysia for a while. Her mum isn't doing too well at the moment and as an only child, it's only natural that she would take care of her mom.
Anyway, I was searching for a parking spot when I saw it. I actually had to stop for a minute and had to re read what was on the sign board because it's my first time seeing it there. Should we welcome the idea of letting everyone know we are driving all by ourselves ? Or should we see it as an initiative to protect women so that immediately they are done with shopping they can get straight in their cars without having to walk unaccompanied?
I don't know. Another thought that came to mind soon after I parked was would a bad guy remember my registration number and then trail me afterwards? You may brush it off as silly , but apparently in Banks, there have been cases where some robbers sit on one of the chairs in the bank, snap a picture of a victim who just withdrew large sum of money and circulate it to other team members. And you can guess what happens from here.
Some tips heard in the radio to avoid all the unwanted attention is to not have everything in the car that shouts I'm a woman. Pink seats, Dangling teddy bears , High Heels all over the backseat and all that indicates I'm a woman should be minimized. I know I know it's so hard to be a woman these days!

Good post! My thoughts, NAY.. I think I would be afraid of those same things you mention. How are we protecting women from potential threats when the sign is clearly saying "Here They Are!"
