Family Day.

 Everyone laughed at me because two weeks into my job, my office had its family day and I actually went for it. The only reason I went was because it was held in Sunway Lagoon and I know for a fact it will be another long time until I will set foot in Sunway Lagoon again. I was 13 when I last went there for my school's IU day. So that's about 13 years ago. While my mom was still in Maybank, they had their family day in Sunway Lagoon too, I was probably 9 years old then, so all the rides looked uhmazing and cool then.

 Now that I'm 26, the water park and rides do not look as big and fun as they were before. But I really wanted to give it another go; the water slide thingy but alas my friends and I decided the heat was just too much torture. I went on some of the rides and the mini roller coaster but didn't do those 360 degree ship turn because I will probably barf when I'm at the top. Anyhoo, Zaf really wanted to go on it and dragged me to it but thank god one of my colleague's husband went with him instead. Save me the embarassment from screaming my lungs out.

 Gave him ice cream so we don't have to go for another one of the 360 degree rides.

The terrible thing about us is that we didn't join any of the telematch they had  planned. We basically did our own thing, used up the coupons and got fried rice and chicken wings and ice cream. I actually did enjoy myself although we were there only until 2pm and I went on like 3 rides, but it was fun hanging out with my new colleagues. The boys didn't go on any of the rides because they were pretty chicken too!

This t-shirt is actually meant for Zaf , but he says it's body hugging so he was the only fella who did not have this t-shirt on. Mine was wet from the jump in the pool and hence I look like that bird/duck/whatever furry animal mascot that is, with he oversized t-shirt.
