My sister got a job in O'Brien's sandwich bar. We saw the advertisement hanged on the wall of the cafe. I told her to send her CV the next day.
"Eh can you print me some CVs ah today at work?I want to send to O'Brien"
"Eh you print one lah at the shop yourself. One only before they hire somebody else. Take is an INVESTMENT! can or not?"
"This investment better be worth it. I can buy 3 chicken legs for dinner"
And the very next day they call her for an interview. Five hours later she got the job. Because they loved her smile. And of course because my sister can always talk her way through. She definitely walk the talk. So Alhamdulillah, now not only is your 3 chicken legs worth it, you get free meals with your job. Now go on and butter up will ya?
Hoho, but she still has to handle bacon and ham first hand, while my job handles pork bellies indirectly. Oh the land of peppa pig....
