As always I don't write travel stories very well, so let' just take a look at pictures from my recent trip to Wicklow, the gardens of Ireland. I would have brought my parents here if only I knew of the existence of the resort. i found this place by accident. We initially wanted to go up north to Belfast to try Zorbing, but I found this place called Avon Ri just down in Blessington, about 45 minutes from town.
Some of the pictures below have an ol' skool feel to it. I was just playing around with photoshop. Something I haven't done in ages and it got me stuck for hours. You may think it looks horrid, but oh, what the hell, just enjoy.

We actually did some archery before that, but pictures are not available yet because Sony is horrible like that.So here are some pictures from the Wicklow Mountains. It is really beautiful up there. My pictures do not do justice to that place. Sorry ah.
It's a very quiet road on the way to Sally Gap. We did not, I must say manage to find Sally Gap because there were no directions after 20 minutes of driving. We got a bit freaked out and decided to turn back. We saw many happy campers there and they were all ready for campfire. It was just awesome.
We stumbled upon St kevin's way. This place apparently is where the soldiers stayed before they went for war? Sorry if I gave out the wrong info.

It was a good trip all in all, I must say I love having impromptu plans like this. And I must say Ireland, as a whole is a really beautiful country that you must visit. Maybe Dublin is a little boring, but outside, it is really fantastic. No meh?
