As most people would have read in the papers, UK and Ireland has recently been hit with very very cold, horrible weather. Usually we don't get this much snow so early during winter. Heck, we don't usually get snow. But we did last February, even that did not stay on the grounds in the city.
So today's snowfall and rain made the roads and pavements really icy and slushy. It was a lot worse thatn the snow during New Year's. Most of the offices in the City Centre were closed at 3pm today, but our Company in Blackrock, were not! I did not think that the City would be covered by snow.
Everyone had to walk really really slow because one slip could cause you to lose a teeth. Hehe. I swear it looked like everyone was on trance, walking like a zombie. Except for me, I looked like a penguin.
Anyway, the weather during New Year's eve was slightly better. We went out on to the streets, just because.
