Christmas felt(read:tasted) nothing like roast turkey and cranberry sauce or roasted potatoes. Christmas was ,being awaken by an incoming sms wish of Merry Xmas at 1315pm. And the following 24 hours, still warmly cuddled at the sofa.Hoho. SO much of the whole shebang of Xmas overseas.
I'm not too sure whether it's only in Ireland that they call St Stephen's Day instead of boxing day. And sale starts only on 27th. Like, WHY?? And I can proudly say I did not jump onto the shopping bandwagon.
I worked at Next on the 27th, all for a good 100 euro, I hope, which could do to pay off my bills. It was a first time for me working in a Retail , and boy did I get a whole lotta new experiences. With Skinny Boy asking me if the clothes would fit him, old guy finding a pair of jeans for his young son and Rebellious Shopper who insist on trying outifts, although there's a sign stating it's close. (Read: Took off his jeans, and was only wearing his Undies!) and I was assigned at that area at that time. Oh My!.
The Floor Supervisor who keeps making me run up and down, just because Asians are just so damn hardworking!!Aeniways, met a lot of Malaysians, who I knew thought I was a Mi Mi from either China or Philipines. "Eh, korang dah belek seluar tu letak balik elok-elok yer!!" So many malays were stunned when they heard that lah pekerja ni melayu ko? hahhaa..
Oh, I didnt tell you that I started work at 500am till 1230pm. And continued searching for Aqim's things for another 3 hours. My legs are sore, and my back is aching. Dah rasa kurus sket pun yer..
